1. High-Voltage Spark Testing

To ensure the integrity of the PFA/PTFE lining, every single piece undergoes a 15KV - 25KV spark test. This ensures there are no pinholes, cracks, or thinning areas in the lining layer.

2. Pressure & Vacuum Resistance

We conduct hydrostatic tests at 1.5 times the design pressure. For vacuum-service products, we perform Full Vacuum Testing to ensure the lining won't collapse or delaminate.

Lining Material & Process Control

✓ Material Virginity We only use 100% virgin PFA/PTFE resins (Daikin, Dupont, or equivalent) with no recycled content to ensure maximum chemical resistance.

✓ Lining Thickness Minimum lining thickness is strictly controlled according to ASTM F1545 standards for plastic-lined ferrous piping.

✓ Dimensional Check Strict inspection of flange face flatness and bolt hole alignment to ensure perfect sealing with gaskets.

Traceability & Documentation

Every product is laser-etched with a unique tracking code. We provide:
• EN 10204 3.1 MTC (Mill Test Certificate)
• Spark Test & Hydraulic Test Reports
• Raw Material Compliance Data Sheets
